reality. Through science-based, experience-driven training, we equip responsible armed citizens for the conflicts they cannot avoid, because

STSGROUPAZ is an Arizona-based tactical training and education company dedicated to developing capable, responsible armed citizens and professionals. Founded by Richard B., a veteran law-enforcement officer and certified instructor with nearly two decades of operational experience, STSGROUPAZ bridges the gap between range performance and real-world readiness.
Through its EDC C.O.RE. curriculum and advanced courses, STSGROUPAZ integrates decision-making science, visual-cognitive performance, and contextual realism into every class. The focus is not on gimmicks or speed alone—but on understanding, judgment, and composure under stress.
